So Sonny, you decided to declare a disaster for North GA. Good for you. Meanwhile, South GA has either been on fire or turned into a desert by having even less rain and even more heat. You truly only care about Atlanta, don't you? Last I checked, there was more in that state than just Atlanta. I'm going to do research on all cities across GA, just to see where they stand in relation to GA, to see if I'm right that you don't give a shit about any part of your state that isn't Atlanta and points north. I'm sure they've had less rain than you.

Comcast blocks some Internet traffic | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

Personally I have noticed this. I created a video that I wanted to send to some friends, and uploaded it to Megaupload since it's over 130 MB in size. Maybe I'm mistaken in thinking that I have 2 Mbps upload speed, but it seemed it was throttled back to 512 Kbps. I'll have to check this out.
